Come join Portland metro's premier outdoor boot camp and experience a cross training, HIIT, interval training workout that will help you burn calories, improve fitness, increase strength, and improve agility.

Kettle Bells, Medicine Balls, Battling Ropes and Lebert Equalizers™ help us build muscle. It’s important to have variety in your workout, to prevent boredom and to keep the muscles guessing.
We love compound moves because they are efficient, building muscle and torching calories and also see the benefits of some isolation exercises. Whether it’s with equipment or simply bodyweight, your muscles will be challenged.
While we only have one hour together, our hour helps with the marathon of life. Feel energized after your workout, celebrate accomplishments and constantly strive for new goals.
Use boot camp as a diving board for other challenges, like your first 5K or taking the family on a long hike. When your body is conditioned, you can enjoy so much more of what life has to offer. We work out so that we can do the things in life we want to do and with more energy and stronger muscles we can do more of the fun stuff.
Hurdles, ladders, agility circles and cones help us stay quick on our feet. Different drills, friendly competition and practice help us fire up fast twitch muscle fibers and increase reaction time.
